REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds
Refund requests must be initiated through official support channels and are subject to internal review.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 10 to 45 business days, subject to the policies of the issuing bank.
Refunds may be granted in the event of technical failure, undelivered service, or duplicate transaction, at the sole discretion of the Company.
Orders marked as “Completed” in the system are deemed fully delivered and non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Services delivered to private, restricted, or inaccessible accounts.
- Misuse of multiple servers or duplicate orders for the same link.
- User error, incorrect order details, or platform username changes after ordering.
- Orders for services without refill or guarantee options.
- Platform-driven reductions, losses, or content removals after delivery.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By transacting on this website, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute.
Any such action shall entitle the Company to:
- Suspend or terminate the user’s account.
- Reverse any delivered services.
- Initiate legal recovery of disputed amounts.
Cancellations
All orders are final.
The Company does not guarantee order cancellation under any circumstances once processing has started.
Cancellation requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of the Company but are not obligatory.
Orders may only be canceled prior to the commencement of service delivery.
Post-processing cancellations are not permitted.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order deemed fraudulent, inappropriate, or technically unfeasible.
SERVICE DELIVERY & CONFIRMATION
Upon successful payment, the customer will receive an email confirmation containing the transaction ID, service description, and invoice.
Delivery timelines are indicative and not binding.
The Company is not liable for delays caused by platform outages, third-party restrictions, or external disruptions.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate prior to submission.
OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS
The Company shall not be held liable for service interruptions or incomplete delivery caused by user-side issues such as changing usernames, deleting pages, switching to private mode, or submitting incorrect links.
The Company reserves the right to modify or substitute the method of service delivery where necessary to fulfill the order.
The Company’s responsibility is limited strictly to the quantity ordered. Any subsequent losses, platform-driven removals, or statistical fluctuations after completion are not covered.
Users must not use multiple panels or services for the same link. Doing so will void any delivery, guarantee, or refund eligibility.
Additional Operational Clauses
Automated Start Count and Completion Tracking
The system automatically detects the initial count of followers, likes, or views at the time an order is placed. Once the ordered quantity has been delivered, the order is automatically marked as Completed, signifying full service delivery.
Refill (Guarantee) Service Differentiation
Only services that explicitly include a Refill Guarantee are eligible for replenishment in the event of drops or losses. Services without a refill option are considered final and provided without any form of guarantee or warranty.
Statistical Delivery Estimates
All delivery times, progress metrics, and performance indicators mentioned in service descriptions are purely statistical in nature. They are intended as estimations only and do not constitute binding commitments.
Accuracy and Quantitative Limitation
The Company guarantees only the exact number of followers, likes, views, or similar metrics purchased. Pre-existing or organically obtained figures are not covered. The Company shall not be responsible for total cumulative counts after delivery.
Promotional Communication Consent
By creating an account or transacting on this website, you consent to receive promotional messages, service updates, and marketing emails from the Company. You may opt out of such communications at any time by contacting customer support or using the unsubscribe option provided in each message.
CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
The Company does not provide or support services for accounts that:
- Promote adult, pornographic, hateful, violent, or illegal content.
- Violate social media platform terms or community guidelines.
- Engage in fraudulent or manipulative activities.
Any orders placed for such content may be canceled without refund, and the associated accounts may be terminated.
LEGAL DISCLAIMERS
The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or any other third-party platform.
All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
Use of our services is at the customer’s sole risk. The Company does not warrant any commercial outcome, platform retention, or account safety.
